The main theme of the Bible has to do with God’s Kingdom. Jehovah will use that Kingdom to accomplish his original purpose for the earth.

Meek Possess Earth

Many people feel overwhelmed by injustice and cruelty in the world today.
Do you think there will ever be a time when peace and goodness truly prevail? Note what the bible says:

“Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.”

– Psalm 37:10,11

End to Wars

Many today are deeply affected by war — Did you know the Bible promises a time when no one will suffer from war or its effects?

“God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress.”

“God is in the city; it cannot be overthrown. God will come to its aid at the break of dawn.”

“He is bringing an end to wars throughout the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; He burns the military wagons with fire.”

– Psalms 46:1,5,9

From Violence He Will Rescue Them

The poor and oppressed are often ignored by human governments.
However, did you know that the bible prophecies that very soon earth will have a government that truly defends the vulnerable and provides for everyone’s needs?

“O God, give your judgments to the king… Let him defend the lowly among the people,.. For he will rescue the poor who cry for help, also the lowly one and whoever has no helper. He will have pity on the lowly and the poor, and the lives of the poor he will save. From oppression and from violence he will rescue them, and their blood will be precious in his eyes… There will be an abundance of grain on the earth; On the top of the mountains it will overflow. His fruit will flourish as in Lebanon, and in the cities people will blossom like the vegetation of the earth.”

– Psalm 72:1,4,12-16

Prince of Peace

Human leaders often promise peace and justice but rarely deliver lasting results.
What kind of ruler would the world need to finally experience true peace?

“For a child has been born to us, A son has been given to us; And the rulership will rest on his shoulder. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. To the increase of his rulership and to peace, there will be no end, On the throne of David and on his kingdom. In order to establish it firmly and to sustain it through justice and righteousness, from now on and forever. The zeal of Jehovah of armies will do this.”

– Isaiah 9:6,7

Build Houses

Many people today work hard but feel like they never truly enjoy the results. Life can seem uncertain, unstable, and unfair.
Did you know the Bible promises a future where everyone will live in peace, enjoy the fruits of their own labor, and raise families free from fear?

“They will build houses and live in them, and they will plant vineyards and eat their fruitage. They will not build for someone else to inhabit, nor will they plant for others to eat. For the days of my people will be like the days of a tree, And the work of their hands my chosen ones will enjoy to the full. They will not toil for nothing, nor will they bear children for distress, because they are the offspring made up of those blessed by Jehovah, And their descendants with them.”

– Isaiah 65:21-23

Not Brought to Ruin

History shows that every empire eventually collapses, no matter how powerful.
What would make a government truly unshakable—one that lasts forever?

“In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever.”

– Daniel 2:44

Everlasting Rulership

In a world filled with temporary rulers and shifting powers, many wonder if any leadership can truly last or be trusted.
Did you know the Bible describes a future ruler—appointed by God—who will have everlasting authority over a united human family?

“I kept watching in the visions of the night, and look! with the clouds of the heavens, someone like a son of man was coming; and he gained access to the Ancient of Days, and they brought him up close before that One. And to him there were given rulership, honor, and a kingdom, that the peoples, nations, and language groups should all serve him. His rulership is an everlasting rulership that will not pass away, and his kingdom will not be destroyed.”

– Daniel 7:13,14

Make Name Holy

People from many cultures and beliefs recite the Lord’s Prayer, often without stopping to consider what it really means.

“‘Our Father in the heavens, hallowed be your name (meaning: let your name be sanctified). Let your Kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth.”

– Matthew 6:9,10
